How does ordering work?
Add the meals you like to your box. The more you add, the bigger the discount: 5% off from 6 meals, 8% off from 9. Then take your box on Sunday or Wednesday (or split it between the two), choose a delivery time and place your order.
When is the ordering cutoff?
Sunday ordering closes every Friday at 6:00 PM (Palestine time). Orders placed before the cutoff arrive that week, on Sunday and/or Wednesday. Wednesday trays can still be ordered until Monday at 10:00 PM. Orders placed after it go into the following week.
Can I order after the cutoff?
Ordering for Sunday closes on Friday at 6:00 PM and reopens on Saturday for the next week's deliveries. Wednesday trays can still be ordered until Monday at 10:00 PM. The menu shows the dates while it's closed.
Which days do you deliver?
Sunday and Wednesday. Take your whole box on one day or split it between the two, and choose an afternoon or evening delivery window.
Where do you deliver?
Ramallah and Al-Bireh.
How much is delivery?
Delivery isn't included in the meal price. The fee depends on your area and is added on top of your meals.
How do I reheat my meal?
Open one corner of the lid and microwave for 60 seconds. Let it rest for 30 seconds before opening fully. Add the sauce after heating, and don't microwave the sauce tub.
How long do the meals keep?
Keep them refrigerated at 2–4 °C and eat them within 3–4 days, before the use-by date on the label.
Are the macros exact?
Every meal is weighed raw and its macros are printed on the label. The sauce is optional, comes with every meal, and its macros are separate.
Is there added sugar?
No. The flavour comes from cooking methods and spices.
Are the meals halal?
Yes. All the meat and poultry is halal, and no ingredient contains alcohol.
What about allergies?
Every meal lists its allergens. If you have an allergy or a delivery note, write it in the notes field at checkout.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the driver when your meals arrive.
